About me

I’m driven by one enduring curiosity: how complex systems work, and what helps them perform at their best.

My career has taken me across automotive, avionics, rail, nuclear, defense, telecommunications, product management, organizational transformation, entrepreneurship and education. Across these different environments, the focus has remained constant: understanding how information, decisions, processes, technologies and people interact—and creating greater clarity and coherence between them.

For more than 20 years, I have worked in both highly regulated industries and fast-moving entrepreneurial environments. I have designed, built, tested and integrated technical systems, led teams and multi-team transformations, developed products and learning programs, and contributed as an author, reviewer and product owner to international professional qualifications.

Alongside my work with corporations and international organizations, I have built my own business and worked directly with entrepreneurs and SMEs. I have trained hundreds of SME professionals in areas such as GDPR, cloud technologies and team collaboration, adapting complex subjects to organizations with different levels of maturity, resources and operational capacity.

This combination has given me experience with two distinct forms of complexity: the structure, risk and governance required by large organizations, and the speed, uncertainty and resource constraints faced by smaller businesses.

The human dimension has been present throughout my journey. I have designed professional development programs, supported people through career transitions, coached teams and professionals, and continued my formal development in psychology, neuropsychology and human behavior.

Today, through LifeExpress , I create frameworks, educational programs, workshops, card-based tools and advisory experiences that help professionals, teams and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen adaptability and build more coherent relationships between human, organizational and digital systems.
