About me

I’m driven by one enduring curiosity: how complex systems work, and what helps them perform at their best.

My career has taken me across automotive, avionics, rail, nuclear, defense, telecommunications, product management, organizational transformation and education. Across these different fields, the focus has remained constant: understanding how information, decisions, processes, technologies and people interact—and creating greater clarity and coherence between them.

For more than 20 years, I have designed, built, tested, integrated and transformed systems in complex and highly regulated environments. I have developed software and diagnostic tools, led teams and multi-team transformations, designed learning and certification programs, and contributed as an author, reviewer and product owner to international professional qualifications.

The human dimension has been present throughout this journey. Alongside my work in technology and organizations, I have designed and delivered professional development programs, supported people through career transitions, coached professionals and leaders, and continued my formal development in psychology and human behavior.

Today, through LifeExpress, I create frameworks, educational programs, workshops and practical tools that help professionals, teams and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen adaptability and build more coherent relationships between human, organizational and digital systems.

My work brings together systems thinking, organizational learning, psychology, responsible technology and human development. I am currently studying psychology and deepening my work in neuropsychology, human adaptability and the impact of digital systems on people and organizations.
